Beacon Hill Roll Call: House cracks down on cell phones while driving
House 146-9, approved and sent to the Senate a bill that would prohibit all drivers from texting and using a hand-held cell phone but allow drivers over 18 to use a hands-free cell phone with voice-activated dialing.
