I am using the book as a reference book, only reading the topics that are on my mind. The book is pretty good, not that different than others. It is boring in its presentation. Maybe I would be better off with a dvd. At the very least, the book could have some color. Rating: 3 / 5

This book is so easy to read and to implement it’s suggestions, I didn’t read the other two I purchased. Rating: 5 / 5

Not helpful to me. I seem to prefer Cesar Milan. But some may find it helpful. I guess everyone needs to try things to find out what works for them. Rating: 2 / 5

There are far better guides out there. This gives very little practical advice to anyone who can’t spend 24 hours a day with their puppy. Try Outwittin your Dog, or I Love my Dog But. Rating: 1 / 5

This book has some good stuff in it but being a former dog owner, it was basics that I already knew. I was looking for a book with more substance, like Cesar’s psychology. . . I actually was fooled by the title that it was a book of his. But I read it anyway and found that I disagreed on some training advice. So for me it was just a ‘reminder’ book. . . nothing to gain knowledge. Rating: 2 / 5
