I have 2 questions, one about obedience training, the other about dog food?
I adopted a 10 month old dog from the shelter and he LOOKS like German Shepherd mixed with a blue merle Australian Shepherd. At the shelter he was just listed as “German Shep. /Blue Heeler Mix”. . . they were just guessing as well. Anyways, I’ve noticed he has a really delicate stomach and I’ve done research on those 3 breeds and found the GSD typically has a sensitive stomach and so I found Royal Canin German Shepherd dog food and the ratings on it are all wonderful so I’m highly interested in trying it. But I’m not even 100% sure if he is mixed with GSD, so should I get that breed specific food, or just stick to Large Breed Dog Food by Royal Canin (which doesn’t have as much easy digestion stuff that the GSD one has). Secondly, I’m thinking of signing up my dog on obedience classes through Petsmart. I was wondering what exactly they cover in the beginners course? And I would love some insight on the Intermediate courses and advanced courses as well? Is it like tricks, or more like “don’t jump up on people” kind of courses? The class begins on November 19th so I’d like some info on it beforehand if possible. . . maybe someone here has taken those courses. Thank you!Oh the reason I am looking at the petsmart training is because I work at Banfield, the vet clinic which is connected to many Petsmarts, and I know the trainer on a good level cause she often stops by. She is a very good trainer, and even offered me a discount of 60% off her classes 
I just don’t want to ask her “What exactly do you teach in your classes” just because I don’t wanna come off as rude. . . she’s a stern lady But she has done an exceptional job and our clients always say nice things about her, so I know she will do a good job. . . I would just like indepth details about the classes beforehand, even though I’m signing up regardless. And I will look into Wellness
