Which is a better duck-hunting dog, the Chesapeake Bay Retriever, or a Golden Retriever, and why?
I’m looking into getting a puppy for a friend, seeing as their current hunting dog has died, and they’re quite distraught over it. I’d like to know what is better, without asking them directly, seeing as that would give it away, obviously.
